Through mental health therapy, I help you navigate life’s hardest moments, whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or grief.

Telehealth sessions are currently available only to Missouri residents, ages 13 and up.

What Happens When We Avoid the Hard Stuff

Ongoing emotional pain – Without support, anxiety, depression, or grief can quietly shape every part of your life.

Rising anxiety or burnout – Stress that goes unchecked often builds into something much harder to manage.

Strained relationships – Even the strongest connections can suffer when emotional needs go unspoken.

Disconnection from others – When you feel overwhelmed or unseen, it’s easy to withdraw and isolate.

Loss of self – You may start to feel like a shell of who you used to be, unsure how to get back to yourself.

Unhealthy coping – Overworking, numbing, or shutting down may seem easier—but they rarely lead to healing.

When struggle becomes your normal, it’s easy to forget that healing is possible. You deserve more than survival.

Working with me is easy!

Step 1: Start with a Discovery Call

We’ll begin with a free 15-minute consultation to talk about what you're experiencing and what you're looking for in therapy. This is a chance for us to get to know each other and see if I’m the right fit to support your journey.

If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule your first full session. These 50-minute virtual sessions are a safe, supportive space where we can explore what’s going on, develop tools that work for you, and begin working toward the change you want to see.

Step 2: Begin Your Personalized Therapy Sessions

Step 3: Experience Growth at Your Own Pace

Therapy is a process, not a quick fix—but with time and support, many clients begin to feel more grounded, resilient, and in control of their lives. We’ll regularly reflect on your progress and adjust our work to fit your needs as you grow.

You’re Not Alone—I’ve Faced the Struggle Too

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to feel stuck and overwhelmed. There was a time when I felt lost in the weight of it all, exhausted, unsure how to move forward, and questioning if things could ever feel different. But everything began to shift when I found the right support. Through therapy, I learned how to manage pain, move through grief, and reconnect with the life I wanted. That journey changed me. It inspired me to become a therapist so I could help others do the same. You don’t have to face this alone. I’m here to walk with you as you rediscover what’s possible.

Nice To Meet You
